I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but of course it's hard to think of anything else when there are real issues to be discussed. Your 5 minutes daily program to Stress management We all have this favorite expression when it comes to being stressed out, and I wouldn't bother naming all of them since it may also vary in different languages. But when it comes down to it, I think that it is how we work or even relax, for that matter that triggers stress. Ever been stressed even when you're well relaxed and bored? I know I have. Alot of people get or give good advice and then don’t follow through/up, which may help save them from many problems. Another problem we have is giving unsolicited advice without even knowing the true facts of a given situation. We all have been here, when family and friends, readily want to offer their helpful advice! Sometimes, our inner voice tells us it may be good, and other times, we just rebel at all the advice coming at us…we know we want to do it our own way! Though, frustratingly, for some reason, our way seems to not be working exactly the way we thought it would. Even when we try to follow others advice to make them happy! See? It didn’t work that way either! Grrr. Every family could use a small amount of help in setting family goals. Perhaps your family wants to go on a really fantastic vacation together; that three day romantic getaway only for the parents that never generally seems to happen; or the home improvement project no one ever seems to have time for. Health and fitness goals seem to rank high on almost everyone's list of goals. That's a natural course, though somehow, it is the first goal that gets side-tracked as we continue with our daily routines! So, we get frustrated and set limiting beliefs in our subconscious thinking we cannot overcome this challenge. This is not the case! Set that goal, and take action, NOW! |
