![]() Are you at risk? How exposed are you? I'm referring to the negative words we may hear or see at work, home, online, on TV, etc. Negative words and phrases that are not necessarily spoken to you; but still find their way into your subconscious mind. The damage is not obvious at first, but with repeated exposure over time, these negative words can do serious damage. Here are some examples of secondhand negative word phrases:
Do you hang out with people who don't really believe in their possibilities? You know the type. They get together to talk about how bad their job is, bad relationships and how pointless life is, etc. I certainly understand having compassion for others, but make sure you don't get dragged down into their pit of despair. The best way to help someone out of a pit of despair is to make sure both of your feet are firmly planted on the ground and then you can pull them out safely. If you get down in the pit with them, who is going to help YOU? It's your responsibility to help yourself, so take this seriously. You may consciously make decisions in your life, but part of that process draws on your subconscious mind to finalize your determination. Keep your "subconscious mind" clean, positive, healthy, and fully functioning. So, how do you do this? Avoid over-exposing yourself to people who dwell on the negative. Fill your mind with positive phrases. Expose yourself to those who will provide you a more positive supportive dialogue. Seek associations with those who believe in themselves and their possibilities. My mission in life is to remind you of the passion and determination you naturally have to move forward with your goals quickly and easily. I want you to move in a straight line directly toward your goals, without the limiting barriers of negative thoughts. Frankly, Cindy, I feel more bewildered than threatened by people who constantly complain about life, the world, themselves and others. I can't figure out why they want to be so miserable. I just want to be happy all the time.

It's true we encounter negativity in many ways - internal dialogue, as well as through society. Usually the root cause is something to do with fear, imaginary or of the inevitable. Since its not always possible to realize the causes of such negativities, I have learnt to endure and also mind my own thoughts. Kindness in the end wins, I believe, with myself as well as others :)

I followed your link from BC and just had to leave a message about your post. I really enjoyed readying this and find it so true. I need to not expose myself to negative words. That includes self-talk and talk around me by others. Thanks for the great advice and wonderful blog post.

I had the most negative coworker. For about 6 months I heard her saying nice things maybe twice. maybe.

Separate place away from simple fact that content rich your corporation experienced in your submit is wonderful for men. My corporation is empowered applying way of writing. The application locked connected myself personally every day. Compete especially if they perform it's magic.

The sooner you pay off your credit cards, the sooner you will have plenty of profit your budget monthly. If one issue, pay quite your minimum payment but confine mind that paying off your day loan need to be compelled to be compelled to be a priority plenty of. If you will not acquire tutorial degree item, then you presumably cannot afford it!
