![]() When you consistently negate your established set goals by telling yourself one thing and doing another, you send a signal to your subconscious mind that your words are meaningless. You reinforce a "loser" mentality in your mind. If you repeat this sort of cycle often, you end up hypnotizing yourself into expecting to fail, expecting to let yourself down. When you expect to fail, you usually will! You aspire to reach certain set goals but sometimes you may have challenges maintaining them. The examples could be numerous, but here are a few, to give you a general idea of what I am explaining:
It's time for you to grow up and realize that it is childish and counterproductive. Be honest with yourself about where you are in life and the habits you have. This self-awareness will give you the power you need to take control of your life! Allowing you the ability to remove the limits you have set in your mind and change your negative habits. Stop making excuses. Start believing in yourself and your ability to begin stepping up and achieving your goals successfully! You can take control of yourself. If you take the first step of self-honesty, self-improvement will be the logical next step. You will begin to reinforce a 'winner' mentality over the old negative one. So, admit honestly where you are, remember your set goals and move forward in your life into achieving those goals successfully, TODAY!
